When cooking dinner I consider what would be Heart Healthy for my husband, what will my kids eat and what will help me repair my muscles from a hard workout today and will provide energy for the next day’s session!

Sea bass and Squash/Corn stir fry
Prep and Cook Time 30 minutes

Start with Squash:
Melt 2 Tbl Coconut Oil in a wok and warm up Grill
Add (pre cut from store) squash and cook 10 minutes (prep fish below while this is cooking. Stir a few times)
After 10 minutes Slice off corn from 1 piece of Corn on the Cob and add to squash (Also put the Fish on the Grill at 400 degrees)
*Both will be done in 8 to 10 more minutes!
Add some sea salt, pepper and a sprinkle of brown sugar with 1 minute to go!

White Fish used Sea Bass( Talapia/Mahi Mahi can also be used)
Rinse fish and pat dry with a paper towel
Rub 1 tbl Olive oil in your hand and Rub over fish
Place Fish on Aluminum Foil
note: Use a piece of foiled 2x the size of your fish so you can fold in half then fold over edges to make a sleeping bag for steaming and easy clean up
Sprinkle with Pepper and Garlic Salt
Place fresh Orange slices and a few Cherry Tomatoes
Fold all sides of Foil and place on Grill at 400 degrees for 10 minutes!

Rip open the top of the foil pouch and throw it away! No pan to clean up from the fish.

Add a side salad for more greens or a toasted slice of multigrain bread if you want a few more carbs.

Enjoy a delicious, beautiful and super easy to clean up meal!
